so i had completely foregone using deodorant because it’s really unnecessary to smell good, provided you aren’t a sweaty pig & don’t treat your body like crap. up until recently everything has been just peachy, even when i got sweaty i just smelled manly & pretty sexy, to be frank.

but the other day i realized something was wrong. i was wearing a sleeveless shirt & doing manual labor, getting kinda raunchy & dirty - and i smelled bad. this wasn’t just a way-too-musky been working out & haven’t taken a shower in over a day smell. it was a sour smell, a putrid smell - & i wasn’t even very sweaty, really.

this made me realize what i’ve been doing to myself lately. i have been consuming way too much cheap prepared food, beer, sugar, pizza, etc. WAY too much. i’ve been so unhealthy & haven’t even noticed it.

it’s time to change my life people.

in the meantime i think i’ll have to start wearing Old Spice again (my old love) - i don’t think i could stand to live with myself otherwise.
